App uses 59% of my battery and 290mb data, even when off , even when not loaded in background

Like others seen extreme Batt Drain after update, in the off mode (not idle). Went thru settings and turned off Motion and Fitness, Batt life back to normal. Do not understand why that function needed. Would be nice if the developer stepped in!

App is no longer usable.

Regularly used previous versions and was continual stunned by its accuracy. New version is terrible. Not only is the UI terrible but Google and Apple maps are much more accurate. About to give up and uninstall it as its just wasting memory. Buddy I commute with has older app on his windows mobile and it is still very accurate. New app is trash. So long. It was great while it lasted.

I noticed the battery on my iPhone 6s was draining rapidly with while using the device very little. Battery usage showed INRIX using 77% in the background. I hadnt used the app and had only downloaded the latest version. I must have not checked the option to not allow it to access the phone in the background. Will be deleting the app.
