Used to be a great functional app. Now it is so tricked up that it is useless. It wont update your time of arrival as you navigate your route. It rarely gives alternate routes. Awful!

Went to bed with 99%, woke up with very little left and my phone saying this stupid app had been operating in the background the whole time. Uninstalled!!!!

With the last update the settings changed to track my location all the time. That means over the last 7 days it has used 49% of my battery, today alone it took 48%. Used to be best traffic app, now its garbage and will be deleted if they dont roll back the changes.

Used to use this app occasionally but now its only good if you want to drain your battery. Deleted at least for now

It seems like everyone agrees! This app used to be so simple to use and provided great info that saved time for everyday users. Now its terrible, has features we dont need or want and dont work and uses tons of battery life. Why wont you roll it back or just make the old version available as a different app? Very frustrating to have something work perfectly then have it ruined☹️

I didnt like this app before the last update bc it was very hard to see the interface and text. After the last update I just love it instead all other users. Excellent interface, big text, nice color etc. Maybe it takes too much power, but my iPhone 5 have a case with powerful battery and I have no problem at all during the all day.

I use this app once every morning to inform me if I should take the interstate or surface streets to get to work. The whole process takes at most 10 seconds. When I found out that this thing was the primary cause of my phone being dead every day by 7pm, I opened up the apps settings to see if there was a way to limit background usage, but there isnt. You can turn on or off the icons for parking lots though. Thats nice. Save your $10, this update is completely terrible.

Used it all the time without issue. Now I can barely get it to open without crashing. Please fix your product. It was so much better before.

App used to be battery friendly, but after latest update this app alone uses 56% of my batterys life. Hope it will be fixed in an update soon. One star because I cant give zero stars.

Only ever used it to estimate my trips during certain times of traffic. Now its trying to be another navigation app. Thats the last thing I need

Ive used this app faithfully for years and always appreciated being able text my husband arrival times in our unpredictable traffic. The new interface is a complex mess that a driver cannot manage on the go, the update erased all my previously stored information, and impossible to add back in my husbands contact information - the app just calls him when I try to enter his information in. Just restore the previous version. Its obvious that all existing users hate this version and its not getting better - also existing users are dwindling.

Used to be great and very responsive to real time input. I am sitting in a 90 minute backup right now and looking at a very inaccurate Inrix map. You no longer can influence it effectively. Google maps is way better now! So disappointing.... They ruined a really great app.

Ive used Inrix traffic for a couple of years and loved it. But they changed something in the past few days and now it drains my battery in half a day, even when i shut it down. Something keeps running in the background. I had to delete the app. Hopefully theyll fix this in the future.

After loading the most recent update to the app, I noticed that my iPhone battery was being depleted at a much more rapid rate. I found the cause was INRIX; it accounted for over 45% of my battery usage! And I wasnt even using the app, it was only running in the background. I have removed this battery-killer app from my iPhone.

I was wondering why my battery was dying so quickly so I look at the battery statistics and without the app being open was using my location services constantly.

Use to would not leave home before checking it out, when I didnt I would end up regretting it!! Not anymore. The new interface is terrible. Two many useless icons, too small and too slow to update. Just downloaded Waze, much happier.

This morning my iPhone battery was down 35% in about 1.5 hours. I looked at battery usage in settings, and it said Inrix background updates were responsible for 22% of battery usage in last 24 hours. I immediately deleted the app.

Not a fan of the upgrade. Eats up my battery in the background. 54%. I have deleted the app and will try another

Can we please just have the full colors back? When I route to one of my places like "work" why do I have to see a big orange line instead of the differences in yellow and red? It used to be such a useful app and now its just terrible. Cant we have the old version back? Or at least the option to view routes like we used to? It is a hazard to use while driving now and it used to be so easy to see traffic issues at barely a glance. PLEASE FIX!! I really miss the old version.
