Battery killer

This latest version kills the battery. Not worth it.

Update killed the traffic app star

SO disappointed with the new update. Departure alerts simply do not work. I contacted cust support, and the response was basically "were really sorry. Working on it." I appreciate their honesty, at least I know its not me. Hopefully they get it together fast!

Deleting until major battery issue fixed

This is for the April 18, 2016 release. This was an amazing app that I used heavily. Im very sad that Im having to delete it for now because the newest update is destroying my battery even with the app fully closed out. Im also very unhappy with the changes made to the interface with this version. I hope the developers will correct the problems as Id like to be able to use it again in the future.

Bring back the old version!

I used to like this app when I needed traffic info, now with the new update it just kills my battery life.

They just couldnt stand a good thing...

Ive been using this app for more than a year now and the app was "no-frills" back then. The interface was awesome and easy to navigate. Best of all it provided an alert to me every morning and evening right before I left for or from work to let me know if my expected commute. Saved me from many difficult jams. So when I saw an update I figured that they probably made so esthetic upgrades so I updated not understanding what a mistake it would be. Now I do not get any updates on traffic conditions before I leave work or home; not to mention the app crashes or freezes when I try to get an updated traffic information. Now Im stuck with the vague information given by drive-time radio. The only thing I can think of is they are trying to compete with wazz or something; but Im not a complete airhead who needs turn by turn directions for my standard run of the mill, 5 day a week commute. Work doesnt move every day, I know right where it is located. PLEASE restore the functionality of the previous version and continue to help me save my time and money. If youre new to the app, keep moving, nothing to see here unless you enjoy apps that freeze and crash and take about 3-4 trys to give you the information.

Parking feature is poor

Parking feature should be automatically shown on demand. Its useless when youre driving. People typically plan ahead and this feature should be available in auto locate and manual panning of map.

Used to be great...

But something has changed, in the past month Ive noticed a significant decrease in battery life. Checked into it, and this app started taking 35% of my phones life-and I have used it maybe once or twice, with background refresh disabled. Sorry but going back to google maps.

BATTERY HOG!!!!

I was happy with past versions but this one is coming off my phone! Last 24 hours used 78% of battery. Last 7 days used 52% percent of all battery. Here is the sad news: the 7 day figure for Inrix was after it was installed for 3 days! This is a bad app! Taking off my phone now!

Update destroyed usability

No longer auto-opens to most likely commute. Hides road traffic segment colors with a route overlay of wrong color. Forces login every few launches. Eats 70% of my battery usage every 24 hours even though always plugged in when driving.

No longer good

Too much going on now. Not to mention even when its not running it shows that its consuming more battery than all my other apps. Find something else

Drains Battery

Recently noticed my battery life drastically decreased in the past few weeks, looked at battery usage and Inrix was taking about 50% a day - even when it wasnt running, or on in the background. Uninstalled immediately, wont come back until this is fixed. Been using this for years, sad to see this happen.

Do not install. Drain out your battery.

Battery drained out quick in this version

Top battery drain

I had been wondering why my battery went down drastically lately and was almost thinking it has to do with the iOS update. Luckily, after checking the battery usage percentages made by each App, I realized that the top usage was made by Inrix Traffic. I hardly turn this App on unless I need to check traffic. Little did I know that after the last update they are doing background tasks all the time. I have now gone into settings and change Traffic only to access location when App is in use. Now my battery usage is back to normal. I will keep the App for a while and see if it still gives me the correct traffic information or Ill just use my Google map which already does this for me.

Serious battery issue

I just went for a long bike ride relying on my phone for directions back home. When I went to get directions my battery was dead...because of this app, even though I had previously force closed the app because I had suspected battery issues. Battery usage was something like 49% for the last 24 hours based on iOS battery stats. This is really bad. I have previously been an iOS developer on major apps and an issue like this would warrant an emergency release, and a serious reconsideration of our QA process (did anyone even use this app before release?)

Mr

The interface of this app has come such a long way however there is absolutely no management of resources and before I had to uninstall it it was using over 10 GB of storage on my phone which is ridiculous

What happened???

Was great until last week. Now draining 46-63% of my battery even with notifications off. Uninstalled.

Was good, now battery hog

Was a great app, after the update is has been using half of my battery life.

Ruined

Used to be an app I used every day. Now I cant log in and when i search my work address, it says no results. Reset password just says failed. Useless to me now.

Holy Cow! Watch the battery drain

With the last update it will drain your battery in hours. In the background. This is crazy!!

Battery drain

Released with great fanfare, I was looking forward to using the updated app. The new UI is good although still lacking in certain areas, but my biggest complaint now is that this app is a battery hog. Over the past 7 days, Inrix battery percent used is 44%. The next app after that is only at 9%. Theres something seriously wrong and needs to be fixed. Hope Inrix releases a new version soon or else Ill have to go to alternatives, like simple google Maps.
